The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partnerships Manager to join our team in South Africa. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our partner strategy, building strong relationships with our partners, and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Developing and executing our partner strategy to drive business growth
- BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH OUR PARTNERS TO DRIVE COLLABORATION AND GROWTH
- Identifying and recruiting new partners to expand our reach and capabilities
- Collaborating cross-functionally with our sales, marketing, product, and development teams to develop partnership strategies and ensure successful integration and execution of partnership initiatives
- CREATING AND IMPLEMENTING STRATEGIES TO ENGAGE PARTNERS AND MAXIMIZE MUTUAL BENEFITS
- Tracking and analysing partnership performance to ensure alignment with business goals and making data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes
What You'll Need
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or relevant experience
- Demonstrable partner management experience at a technology company, preferably in security products and/or telecom devices/services
- Relevant industry experience and knowledge of mobile device ecosystems, service providers, and mobile app protection
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build strong relationships with partners
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
