Position Summary:

Advius (Pty) Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Administrator to support various HR functions, ensuring the effective management of employee relations, recruitment, and compliance with policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
  • Policy Implementation: Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries and concerns, providing support and guidance on HR-related matters.
  • Training and Development: Help organize training sessions and professional development initiatives to enhance employee skills.
  • Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal process, including tracking evaluations and feedback.
  • HR Reporting: Generate reports on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, recruitment statistics, and employee engagement.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies, maintaining knowledge of relevant regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR administrative role or similar position.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices is a plus.
