Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve revenue targets and increase market share through effective sales planning and execution
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet business objectives
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Participate in networking events to build industry connections
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
  • Qualifications & Skills:
    • Degree or Diploma in Sales and Business Management
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in selling credit
    • At least 5 years of experience in the banking industry preferred
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals
    • Must have own car for business travel
