Sales Director for Revenue Growth

At Bright City Talent, we're seeking a seasoned Sales Director to drive revenue growth for our South Africa division. As the ideal candidate, you'll be accountable for developing and implementing a sound sales strategy that yields results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive new sales strategy aligned with EXCO goals
- Maintain a robust new business pipeline in assigned territories
- Establish contingency plans to ensure consistent revenue streams
- Foster the development of Sales Managers and teams through coaching and mentoring
- Prepare and deliver proposals, tenders, and quotes as required, attending client meetings when necessary
- Craft and implement marketing campaigns to reach target audiences
- Develop and monitor visitation campaigns to optimize results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, strategy) to achieve shared objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Prior experience selling corporate technology solutions or subscriptions
- A background in law, risk, compliance, or governance is an added advantage
- Proven track record in sales management and leadership, including managing sales managers
- Ability to manage multiple channels and optimize lead volume for sustained results
