Sales Director for Growth

We are a 25-year-old logistics business under new ownership, specializing in same-day and express point-to-point courier services.
We focus on building our company by creating a strong cold outbound B2B infrastructure and developing a high-performance sales team.
**Role Overview:**
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Sales to lead our sales operations and accelerate revenue growth.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of scaling revenues in a high-growth environment, experience with building outbound sales systems from scratch, and expertise in building and managing sales teams.
This role requires hands-on execution in refining the sales process, hiring A-player sales associates, and expanding business relationships.
- Develop and refine the sales process in HubSpot and ensure CRM accuracy.
- Conduct cold-calling and cold-emailing outreach for the first three months to test data quality and refine outbound strategies.
- Work with the Driver Manager to develop proposals, request quotes, and negotiate service terms with customers.
**Requirements:**
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to execute strategies in a fast-paced environment.
- 3+ years of sales leadership experience with a track record of scaling B2B revenue and securing contracts of $50K+ in Annual Contract Value.
- Hands-on experience in outbound sales strategies, including cold calling and cold emailing.
