Job Summary
Ananzi is seeking a highly organized and capable Personal Assistant to join their team of Doctors. The ideal candidate will have excellent administration skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently.

About the Role
  1. Manage all personal administration for the doctors, including scheduling appointments and maintaining their calendars.
  2. Handle practice administration, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed in a timely manner.
  3. Coordinate logistics for families, including making travel arrangements and managing itineraries.
  4. Manage business phone calls and emails, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  5. Maintain and update the calendar, ensuring that all appointments are scheduled and organized.
  6. Assist with arrangements for events, such as conferences and meetings.
  7. Oversee holiday planning for the team, ensuring that everyone's needs are met.
  8. Run personal errands as required, utilizing your own vehicle and driver's license.

Requirements
  1. Matriculation or equivalent qualification.
  2. Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a related field.
  3. Tertiary qualification in Administration or a related field, an advantage.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office and other computer applications.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Friendly, approachable, and adaptable demeanor.
  7. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  8. Driver's License and own vehicle.
