You will sell life insurance telephonically, harnessing your charm and persuasion skills to offer life-changing financial solutions. Achieve targets by meeting productivity benchmarks and adhering to Quality and Compliance processes to minimize business risk and maximize success. Stay updated with industry trends and developments to ensure you're always ahead of the curve.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A Grade 12 qualification.
- At least 2 years experience in a Sales Outbound Call Centre, particularly in selling long-term insurance.
- Fluency in English and one other South African official language.
- A knack for handling sales objections effectively and building strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to handle pressure, and a target-driven mindset.
- You are tenacious, mature, and always eager to learn and grow.
The estimated salary for this position is R250,000 per annum, based on the job requirements and market standards.
