We are seeking a Career Development Manager to join our team in Gauteng, Johannesburg.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for growing and maintaining the Capsicum Culinary Studio brand, achieving targeted growth, and ensuring all administrative duties are done timeously.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets set out by the Manager.
- Coordinate and participate in school visits, parent evenings, career exhibitions, and PR functions with target markets.
- Distribute student canvassing- and marketing material to target markets.
- Handle interviews/enquiries from potential students.
- Student recruitment of designated groups according to the marketing program.
Requirements
- 3 Year Diploma / Bachelor's Degree (NQF level 7) in Business / Marketing / Public Relations / Communication field or similar.
- Sales & Marketing Diploma (Ideal).
- Valid drivers license and own vehicle.
Salary
R400,000 - R600,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About You
You will have 2 years of experience in a target-driven sales environment with presentation to all levels. You must have valid drivers license and own vehicle.
