Account Manager for Cardiovascular Sales

The Account Manager position plays a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our market share in the cardiovascular segment.
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to manage the end-to-end sales process, identifying commercial opportunities, and executing regional and local sales strategies.
This role requires extensive travel in the Durban area, with a focus on building strong relationships with clinical and economic stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of our annual strategic plan by providing detailed business intelligence for target accounts.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for assigned accounts, ensuring alignment with national and regional targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clinical KOLs and economic stakeholders.
- Support clinical colleagues in identifying and managing sales opportunities derived from clinical support.
- Participate in negotiations and prepare administrative documents as required.
Requirements:
- Proven clinical experience in cardiovascular focused medical devices or a cardiology catheter laboratory.
- Strong internal and external communication skills, with excellent English language proficiency.
- Ability to rapidly adapt to a dynamic marketplace and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
