Account Development Manager

We are looking for a skilled Account Development Manager to join our team.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established national company in the manufacturing of steel structures. As an Account Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing customers, driving sales, and creating brand and marketing awareness and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Management: Respond to leads accordingly, provide excellent customer service and retention of customers, maintain customer relations, and assist with ensuring timely payments from customers.
- Sales Administration: Do quotes and costing, prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales plans and reports, and assist with brand and marketing initiatives.
- Market Analysis: Assess the local market conditions and identify prospective sales opportunities, and perform cold calling to grow the local market.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Technical, Operations, and Finance, to achieve sales targets and build solid relationships.
- Must-Have Skills: Own transport, ability to do customer presentations, and strong communication skills.
- Degree and Experience: A degree in a relevant field and experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Ranges between $60,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
