As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for working closely with various departments to ensure the effective planning and coordination of activities.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive project schedules, timelines, and plans, as well as coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely completion of project milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and plans
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of project milestones
  • Monitor and track project progress, identifying potential risks and delays
  • Provide regular updates on project status to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with project managers to develop contingency plans for potential delays
  • Conduct regular meetings with team members to review project progress and address any issues
  • Assist in the development of budgets and resource allocation for projects
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of project schedules and plans

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience in project planning and coordination
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in using planning software and tools
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
