Strategic Operations Coordinator

At West Coast Personnel, we are seeking a skilled Strategic Operations Coordinator to support our company's operations and ensure adherence to key regulations.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance and regulatory requirements, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Key responsibilities include:
- Drafting and implementing policies for the FIC Act and managing related processes;
- Conducting due diligence on clients and managing FICA workflows;
- Implementing GAP Analysis;
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records, including correspondence and documentation;
- Handling administrative requests from senior management, including filing, typing, and organizing;
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution of queries and complaints;
- Creating and maintaining reports, templates, and administrative systems to improve efficiency;
- Organizing events, scheduling meetings, and managing travel arrangements;
- Overseeing office maintenance, supplies, and compliance with health and safety regulations;
In addition, the successful candidate will support the executive team, including the MD, with various administrative tasks.
Requirements & Personal AttributesTo be considered for this role, applicants should possess:
- A degree in business administration, facility management, or a related field;
- 5+ years of experience as a Business / Operations Administrator or in a similar role;
- Strong knowledge of compliance with the FIC Act and POPIA;
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software;
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments;
- Discretion and sound judgment;
- Professionalism and emotional intelligence;
- Resourcefulness and a proactive approach to problem-solving;
- Strong leadership skills with a collaborative spirit;
- Committed to continuous improvement and efficiency.
We offer an attractive compensation package, including a salary range of R500,000 - R700,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development within a dynamic organization.
