About the Role- Manage and respond timeously to technical complaints and queries received by clients and identify trends in complaints.
- Conduct inspections, including technical, housekeeping, service contract and take on and take back inspections.
- Manage and coordinate staff activities and deliverables, implementing work schedules and effectively using the company performance and development management system.
- Manage both "hard" and "soft" services, monitoring the quality of services and deliverables provided by suppliers, ensuring they are within budget by negotiating advantageous pricing structures.
- Set and implement planned/preventative/emergency maintenance in conjunction with the Property and Portfolio Managers, as well as disaster and emergency planning.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of maintenance programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and manage budgets for maintenance and repairs, including forecasting and variance analysis.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and personnel hours.
- A minimum 3 years property or Built Environment experience is required, with 5 years property experience in a building environment being preferred.
- Knowledge of safety, fire, and emergency procedures is advantageous.
- Familiarity with SLAs and lease agreements is beneficial.
- Basic technology knowledge in building (electrical, plumbing, and construction) is essential.
- Certificate or Diploma or BSc in Property Studies / Building Science/ Facilities Management is required.
- A technical tertiary qualification in Mechanical or Electrical or Civil/Structural Engineering is an added advantage.

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000-$120,000 per annum, based on industry standards and the location of the role.
