KZN Territory Business Development Representative

The Account Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business growth by fostering strong relationships with key partners, focusing on top-line expansion and bottom-line optimization. This opportunity allows you to take ownership of growing our presence in specific cities and areas, leveraging your analytical skills and exceptional relationship management abilities.

Your expertise in sales, negotiation, and communication will be instrumental in identifying new opportunities, closing deals, and driving internal processes to ensure successful partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Drive business performance and identify key merchants to acquire, enhancing our platform's offerings.
- Collaborate with our dedicated sales team to secure agreements and coordinate end-to-end sales motions for Enterprise prospects.
- BUILD strategic relationships to gain positioning with decision-makers while driving growth of new business.
- Aquire extensive knowledge of merchants, areas, and cities to identify further options to grow & develop new business pillars.
- Partner with internal teams to solve problems and ensure that feedback received is used in improving our product and operations.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an account management role.
- Bachelor's Degree in a commercial/ technical field.
- Advanced Excel proficiency and an interest in dealing with numbers and analysis.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuasively communicate recommendations and effectively champion customer needs.
- Ability to take initiatives and easily adapt to constantly changing work environments.
- Desire to work with restaurants/merchants & building a strategic partnership, being proactive, creating positive and lasting relationships to bring them added new value and helping them to reach their potential.
