At Telesure Investment Holdings, we are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in KwaZulu-Natal. About the Role- We are looking for a dynamic individual with 3-5 years of experience in broker account management who can develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve targeted financial results.
- You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with brokers, executing on sales strategies, and providing quality service to customers while identifying opportunities to secure new business or support retention.
- Your key performance indicators will include delivering new business development sales targets, ensuring quarterly targets are met, and growing the entire broker portfolio by monitoring each broker's monthly performance.
