We are a leading logistics company, and we are looking for an experienced Business Development Representative to join our team.
Job Summary
The primary objective of this role is to develop new business revenue and growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing deals with potential customers in the logistics industry.
Main Responsibilities
Prospecting and qualifying new business leads to identify potential customers and opportunities for growth.
Developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers to ensure their needs are met and they remain satisfied with our services.
Preparing tenders, reports, and presentations to showcase our capabilities and win new business.
Generating and following up on qualified leads to close deals and meet sales targets.
Analyzing clients' needs and proposing customized solutions that meet their requirements.
Requirements
A matric or senior certification equivalent, preferably a BCom in logistics.
A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the logistics industry.
A proven track record of success in sales and business development.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $85,000 per year, plus commissions and bonuses based on performance. This role also offers opportunities for career advancement and professional growth within the company.
