Job Title: Sales Development Representative
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at PMG Recruitment. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in developing business within your assigned territory by utilizing proven sales techniques and collaborating with an effective team of experienced sales specialists.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities through active hunting, establishing sales prospects, and evaluating their industry position; conduct thorough research and analysis of sales options.
- Build high-value relationships with customers while providing exceptional customer service during every interaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for several customers.
- Arrange and attend appointments with customers to promote the company's portfolio of products and capabilities by leveraging your network.
- Prepare and manage a sales budget, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on revenue objectives.
- Deliver high-impact sales presentations and actively participate in monthly sales meetings to review performance and suggest improvements.
- Negotiate with decision-makers to grow business within customer organizations.
- Effectively handle objections by clarifying agreements and working through differences to a constructive conclusion.
- Stay ahead of the competition by monitoring industry and competitor trends, bringing fresh ideas forward for new business opportunities, and keeping stakeholders informed.
- Facilitate the seamless transition of new customers from Field Sales to Account Management.
- Maintain internal procedures and standards consistently.
- Continuously learn and update personal knowledge by participating in learning events, researching, reading professional publications, and engaging in workshops and associated events.
Requirements:
- Possess knowledge of engineering or have an engineering background.
- Have a basic understanding of sealing technology and applications.
- Be able to read and comprehend engineering drawings.
- Proficient in multiple languages.
