Job Title: Partner Growth Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partner Growth Manager to manage the onboarding and day-to-day operations of retail partners. The role involves business development, complex negotiations, and building a network of partners to drive growth for our voucher and Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience in managing a portfolio of retail partners and handling complex negotiations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives.
  • Demonstrated experience in account management and partner relationship building.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Commercial acumen across digital industries, with experience in coordinating legal, technical, and commercial teams.
  • Experience in e-commerce and knowledge of the loyalty industry is advantageous.

Qualifications:

  • BCom / Commercial degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5+ years in business development, ideally within the loyalty or financial services environment.
  • Manage complex partner negotiations and establish new partnerships across various market segments.
  • Retain and grow existing partnerships to foster long-term success.
  • Drive top-line GMV growth and increase voucher adoption across all relevant market segments.
  • Collaborate with partners to determine technical, marketing, and commercial roadmaps for joint digital product initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to the executive committee on the success of initiatives, measured against key KPIs.
