About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Deal Maker to join our team at Network Recruitment. As a key member of our Corporate Finance division, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential partnership opportunities that align with our clients' strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Opportunity Identification: Utilize your expertise to identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities that align with our clients' strategic objectives.
  • Deal Negotiation: Lead negotiations for complex deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess financial impacts and strategic fit of potential deals.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in deal-making, mergers and acquisitions, or business development.
  • Track Record: Proven track record of successfully closing high-value deals.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
