Sales Strategy Development and Planning

Sales professionals with a proven track record in promoting and marketing divisional products and services are sought after by Ultra Personnel. To excel in this role, you will create comprehensive sales plans and budgets, taking into account market trends and company objectives. The ability to monitor and analyze sales data to make informed decisions and adjustments to the sales plan is essential.

Customer Relationship Management

Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders is crucial in this position. You will address customer concerns and inquiries promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The opportunity to identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the area is also available.

Sales Target Achievement

The role requires ensuring the successful achievement of monthly and annual targets by selling divisional products to customers and growing the market share on a continuous basis. Efficient administration and maintenance of effective and efficient administrative systems for equipment sales is also a key aspect of the job.

Requirements

A minimum of 2 years sales experience within the material handling equipment industry is required. Sales, rentals of forklifts, pallets reach trucks, pallet truck series, pallet stacker series, and customer relationship management skills are necessary. Understanding of equipment financing and technical acumen are also important. Diploma or degree certification is an advantage.
