Enterprise Sales Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join our team at Ricoh. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the Enterprise segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and new customers to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate existing accounts and expand our market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our customers to ensure excellent customer service and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Office Automation or complex software solutions industry.
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding customer base.
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence outcomes across multiple regional locations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
