Job Title: Enterprise Solutions Architect Lead

The Enterprise Solutions Architect Lead is a key role at ADEC Innovations, responsible for driving the development of industry-aligned value-added business solutions. This position requires strong client engagement skills, with the ability to identify and understand business requirements, and work closely with internal digital and technology functions to craft solutions and present prototypes for client consideration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Definition, implementation, and execution of the processes for the definition, maintenance, and conformance management of the Enterprise Architecture.
  • Maintenance of the key Enterprise Architecture deliverables.
  • Pre-sales, development of proposals, approaches, solution architectures, leading client briefings and workshops.
  • Assist client engagement teams with responses to market bids and commercial responses.
  • Facilitate scoping workshops with customers and internal teams.
  • Establishment and maintenance of contacts within clients/customers' business units and information system programs to understand business processes and business drivers, business requirements, solutions strategies, alternatives, etc., being considered and/or implemented.
  • Enterprise Architectural leadership in the resolutions of inter-program and inter-project issues.
  • Development of the Enterprise Architecture.
  • Developing and Coordinating Enterprise Architecture Plans.
  • Auditing compliance within the Enterprise Architecture standards.
  • Serving as an advisor to senior business management on business information integration strategies.
  • Provide expertise in TOGAF and Scaled Agile methodologies, training and providing leadership to other architects.
  • Expertise in private and public cloud computing.
  • Work with Framework, Security, and AppDev Engineering teams to rationalize and separate existing framework boundaries with non-framework components to ensure teams know how and where to focus their efforts.
  • Develop a framework & common component inventory across the development code base identifying function and ownership.
  • Identify, design, and deliver one net-new high-use common framework or component for use by the AppDev organization.
  • Work with Framework, Security, and PaaS teams to generate new solution ideas looking forward to the latest Platform solutions.
  • Work with all Framework Engineering teams to design and deliver high-use, high-value, framework-level APIs.
  • Works closely with Domain subject matter experts (business & technology) and Enterprise architects to develop level 2/3 domain architecture roadmaps and plans.
  • Understands, communicates, and is an advocate for local business and technology needs across all global Markets.
  • Partners with global and geography leaders to ensure technology alignment.
  • Provides technology guidance and insight to various business & technology Domain leaders.
  • Successful track record of developing and growing long-term, high-value client relationships including managing senior stakeholders.
  • All of the above functions are delivered for both clients/customers and ADEC Innovations.
Requirements:
  • An Honours or master's degree in computer science or related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of planning and analysis experience with clients/customers is expected.
  • 10+ years of working with clients/customers directly and account management teams.
  • 8+ years of demonstrated people and/or business leadership experience with measurable results in a consultancy or professional services firm and experience leading and managing multiple technology solutions.
  • Industry-recognized certifications Enterprise Framework or the Zachman/TOGAF Framework for Enterprise Architecture.
  • Cloud computing eg. AWS, Azure, Google.
