Enterprise Sales Growth Specialist

At Hirexe, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Growth Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth through lead generation and management.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about exceeding sales targets. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Research and identify potential leads through various channels (cold calling, email outreach, social media, etc.)
- Qualify inbound leads and manage outbound lead generation
- Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for reaching sales targets
- Maintain and update CRM with lead and prospect information
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for lead generation
- Experience in a BDR/SDR role
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills
- Not afraid to make 150 dials/day
- Work US hours/EST
- Has a strong work ethic and is willing to go above and beyond to get the job done
- Is perpetually curious and always strives to improve
- Is a problem solver who comes prepared with answers, not complaints
- Is proactive and takes ownership of projects and their outcomes
- Has attention to detail and ensures high-quality work
As an Enterprise Sales Growth Specialist at Hirexe, you can expect a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Our company offers a dynamic and supportive work environment, opportunities for growth and development, and a comprehensive benefits package.
