Role Overview

Omega Human Capital seeks a highly skilled and customer-centric Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of three franchise stores. This individual will be responsible for managing store opening, cleanliness, and overall retail environment while ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the stores, ensuring timely opening, cleanliness, and functionality.
  • Maintain a vibrant and efficient retail environment by upholding high standards of customer service.
  • Oversee end-of-day operations, including cash handling and security protocols.
  • Foster strong customer relationships to deliver a positive retail experience.
  • Assign tasks to staff, promote teamwork, and manage individual performance.
  • Develop and implement merchandising strategies to ensure optimal product availability and display.
  • Create and execute marketing plans to drive sales and promote new product lines.
  • Maintain IT equipment and software to ensure they are up-to-date and functional.
  • Manage special accounts, ensuring timely billing and accurate internal reporting.
  • Provide monthly reports on revenue projections and staff incentives.
Requirements
  • Grade 12 education is required; a tertiary qualification would be beneficial but not essential.
  • A valid driver's license and own vehicle are necessary for this role.
  • A clear criminal record is mandatory.
  • Excellent English business literacy skills are essential.
  • The ideal candidate will have a customer-centric approach and proven ability to grow a business.
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary estimated to be between $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This figure may vary based on location.
