The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Conducting comprehensive keyword research and developing targeted SEO strategies to improve website visibility and drive organic traffic.
- Optimizing on-page elements, including meta tags, content, and internal linking, to enhance user experience and search engine rankings.
- Performing thorough technical SEO audits and providing recommendations for improvement to ensure website compliance with best practices.
- Monitoring and analyzing organic search rankings and website traffic to inform data-driven decisions.
- Analyzing competitor strategies and implementing effective countermeasures to maintain a competitive edge.
- Planning, executing, and optimizing PPC campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook.
- Conducting A/B testing of ad creatives and landing pages to improve conversion rates and return on investment.
- Monitoring budgets, bid strategies, and ROI for all campaigns to ensure optimal performance.
- Analyzing campaign performance and preparing detailed reports to inform stakeholders.
- Utilizing tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant platforms to track and report campaign performance.
- Providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement to drive business growth.
- Developing monthly and ad-hoc reports showcasing key metrics, achievements, and future plans to stakeholders.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in SEO and PPC.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other SEO/PPC tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
- Ability to work US hours (4 PM - 12 AM SA time) and have a reliable internet connection for remote work.
