About This Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Project Growth. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for handling incoming leads, conducting negotiations, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Management & Sales Execution – Handle approximately 100 new incoming leads per month and work to convert them into executed contracts.

  • Pipeline & CRM Management – Maintain a structured and organized sales pipeline within the CRM, keeping all lead details updated.

  • Performance & Metrics – Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs), including calls made, talk time, and conversion rates.


Requirements:
  • 1+ year of phone sales or real estate experience.

  • Strong negotiation and rapport-building skills.

  • Exceptional phone etiquette and ability to communicate with sellers effectively.

  • Proficiency in CRM software (Podio is highly preferred).
