Key Responsibilities:- Handle complex customer inquiries with a high level of technical expertise.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues that require deeper system access.
- Perform advanced system changes and configurations based on customer requests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify common issues and provide feedback.
- Document and update detailed troubleshooting procedures in our knowledge base.
- Post-matric qualification in IT, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a customer service/support role with a focus on technical troubleshooting.
- Strong technical skills, including advanced system configurations and software troubleshooting.
- Excellent command of English, with strong technical writing skills.
