About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team as a National Sales Executive for South Africa. This challenging role requires an individual who can actively seek out and engage prospective clients while embracing the opportunity to pioneer and grow with a new specialty tire brand in South Africa.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to establish and grow the company's presence in the South African market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including dealers, distributors, and OEM companies.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging market trends and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals, including Marketing, Finance, and HR.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in the specialty tire service industry, with a focus on agricultural tires.
  • Strong sales and business development skills, with a track record of success in building and managing dealer networks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in technology-based platforms, including CRM and ERP systems.
