About the Role

Hedz Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven National Sales Executive to join our team in South Africa. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and establishing our client's specialty tire brand in the South African market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including dealers, distributors, and OEM companies.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in the agricultural tire market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and HR, to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales performance.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the specialty tire industry or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the agricultural tire market, including market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in technology-based platforms, including CRM and ERP systems.
