Job Title: National Sales Manager

At HR Genie, we are seeking a highly skilled National Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth across the country. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing key customer relationships, and leading the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet the company's business objectives, including identifying new business opportunities and expanding market share.
  • Lead and Manage Sales Team: Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals and providing regular performance feedback to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Analysis and Competitor Activity: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making and stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other internal teams to align sales strategies with broader business goals, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting: Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Team Development and Training: Oversee the development and training of the sales team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Financial Management: Manage sales budgets, forecasts, and resources to optimize profitability and efficiency.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all company policies and legal regulations in the execution of sales activities.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a management role.
