Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud IT/Sales Consultant to join our team at CallForce. As a Cloud IT/Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in helping our customers implement innovative cloud computing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the cloud computing space.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at our customers.
- Cloud Solutions
- Design and implement cloud-based solutions that meet our customers' needs.
- Ensure that our customers' cloud-based solutions are secure, scalable, and meet their business requirements.
- Sales and Account Management
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Technical Expertise
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud computing technologies and trends.
- Provide technical guidance and support to our customers and internal teams.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in cloud computing, sales, or a related field.
- Skills
- Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Language Skills
- Fluency in English and an additional African language.
- Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cloud-based software.
