As a Cloud IT/Sales Consultant at CallForce, you will play a vital role in helping customers leverage the latest cloud computing technologies to drive business success.
Qualifications and Responsibilities
- A degree in Information Science or Information Technology, along with A+ and N+ certifications, is highly desirable.
- 2-3 years of sales experience is required.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Building strong business relationships with customers and prospects.
- Ensuring that service level agreements are met within the agreed time frame.
- Leading sales teams to achieve targets and drive business growth.
- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of cloud products, including data migration, backup, and storage solutions.
- Cross-selling additional value-added products, such as Fiber, LTE, Office 365, and Teams Voice.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders.
- Strong negotiating, sales, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
