We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent Spanish language speaker to join our team as a Multilingual Customer Service and Sales Representative. As a representative of our client, a prestigious airline brand, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to international passengers in Spanish and English languages.
Responsibilities:
- Assist passengers with pre & post flight departure travel-related queries in customer relations department
- Work on airline reservations systems & handling voice calls in English & Spanish
- Daily interactions with international passengers with queries and compliments
- Meet specific key performance indicators and meet expected client service levels
Requirements:
- Native level fluency in Spanish language: Verbal & Written
- Located in South Africa
- Permanent residence permit/ South African ID holders only
- Flexibility to work shifts
- Fibre internet connection or fixed stable ADSL line required at own cost
- UPS Solution required during load shedding
- Fully paid product and systems training provided
- Training: 4 weeks (Fully Paid)
- Probation period: 4 months
