Responsibilities:
- Assist international passengers with pre & post flight departure travel-related queries in customer relations department in Spanish & English languages.
- Work on airline reservations systems and handle voice calls in English & Spanish may include some written correspondence.
- Meet specific key performance indicators and client service levels in a demanding and time-sensitive call centre environment.
