We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team. As a representative of our client, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients in the German language.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist passengers with pre and post-flight travel-related queries in customer relations department in German and English languages
- Work on airline reservations systems and handle voice calls in English and German, including some written correspondence
- Daily interactions with international passengers with queries and compliments
- Meet specific key performance indicators and meet expected client service levels
- Native level fluency in German language: Verbal & Written
- Located in South Africa
- Permanent residence permit/South African ID holders only
- Flexibility to work shifts
- Fibre internet connection or fixed stable ADSL line required at own cost
- UPS Solution required during load shedding
- Fully paid product and systems training provided
- Training: 4 weeks (Fully Paid)
- Probation period: 4 months
