Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual customer service representative to join our team. As a Greek language customer service and sales representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in Greek and English languages.
Responsibilities:
- Assist passengers with pre and post-flight departure travel-related queries in customer relations department in Greek and English languages
- Work on airline reservations systems and handling voice calls in English and Greek may include some written correspondence
- Daily interactions with international passengers with queries and compliments
- Meet specific key performance indicators and meet expected client service levels
Requirements:
- Native level fluency in Greek language: Verbal & Written
- Located in South Africa
- Permanent residence permit/South African ID holders only
- Flexibility to work shifts
- Fibre internet connection or fixed stable ADSL line required at own cost. Must be fixed line internet. No Wireless connections accepted.
- UPS Solution required during load shedding (Inverters available for purchase via our client or own solution accepted).
