Job Position: Customer Service Representative
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Call Centre Agent to join our team at On Line Personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients via telephone
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Work collaboratively with the support team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements:
• Minimum of Matric
• Relevant call centre experience (inbound/outbound)
• Experience with setting up appointments for products
What We Offer:
• Competitive salary
• Commission
• Unlimited day-to-day medical cover (after 3-month probation)
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday (8 AM to 4:30 PM)
