Black Pen Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and multilingual customer service and sales representative to join our team. As a German speaking customer service and sales representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients in Germany and other German-speaking countries.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a customer service and sales professional who is fluent in German and has excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and sales support, and will be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and sales support to clients in Germany and other German-speaking countries
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
- Fluency in German (verbal and written)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and sales support
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
