Job Title: Business Development Director

Job Summary:

VTL UK Limited is a leading oil and gas trader with a clear vision for the future. We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance.

- Analyze sales metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
