Business Development Manager Job

Dynamic and innovative LegalTech Solutions provider seeks an experienced Business Development Manager to lead the company's growth strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in building marketing alliances and reseller channels for B2B software sales. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing the company's strategy to expand its B2B sales channels, building its presence in the LegalTech market, and designing strategies for commercialising and marketing new and existing products. The successful candidate will be a senior business development professional with deep experience in the LegalTech or software sectors, as well as excellent networking and business relationship-building skills. The role offers a unique opportunity for a senior business development manager to make a significant impact on the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the company's strategy to expand its B2B sales channels and build its presence in the LegalTech market
  • Design strategies for commercialising and marketing new and existing products
  • Develop and maintain key alliances and networks for B2B sales channels, including resellers, partnerships with complementary solution providers, tech integrators, and consultancies
  • Represent the company in negotiating sales and alliance terms
  • Lead or participate in important sales demonstrations and marketing engagements

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in building marketing alliances and reseller channels for B2B software sales
  • Experience as a Business Development Manager in the LegalTech industry is a significant advantage
  • Excellent networking and business relationship-building skills
  • Able to build a Business Development team and strategy from the ground up
