Key Responsibilities

Reporting directly to Management, your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting managers across various companies in day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and maintaining operational records;
  • Providing back-office support for the portfolio companies, facilitating smooth operations while ensuring compliance with internal processes;
  • Ensuring all systems operate smoothly and align with our quality standards while maximising the efficiency of all business procedures;
  • Supporting the research and implementation of relevant compliance standards, for example for health and safety standards;
  • Managing company secretarial work, including statutory filings and administrative duties;
  • Handling People Operations including immigration requirements and employee mobility;
  • Assisting with reporting and documentation for senior management;
  • Working with off-the-shelf systems to manage business operations and ensure efficient workflow.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills

As an ideal candidate, you must have the following:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, administration, or a related field, Passion for problem solving, resourceful and solutions-driven;
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating between various teams;
  • Have a good understanding of financial terminology and business language;
  • Experience with company secretarial work, statutory filings, and administrative compliance;
  • Financial knowledge and proficiency in business language to support operational tasks;
  • Comfort with off-the-shelf systems and tools to manage business processes;
  • Proficiency in English.
