Business Development Director

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients and partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and other means.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and partners.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies and tactics.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's competitors and market trends.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and revenue growth.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales performance and business growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and business development.
- Strong understanding of the financial services industry and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum a Degree in a relevant field (financial services, business, economics, accounting).
- Relevant professional qualifications and certifications.
