Responsibilities

  • Will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts receivable and payable.
  • Must issue invoices and allocate receipts to customers.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and implement effective collections processes.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and process supplier invoices.
  • Prepare payment schedules and reconcile supplier statements.
  • Perform bank and GL reconciliations and support cash flow forecasting.

Requirements

  • Diploma or certificate in Accounting/Bookkeeping, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the property industry in a financial administration or bookkeeping role.
  • Proficiency in MRI Property Manager (essential).
  • Experience in MDA or NetSuite preferred with strong Excel skills.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
