Responsibilities
- Will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts receivable and payable.
- Must issue invoices and allocate receipts to customers.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and implement effective collections processes.
- Reconcile customer accounts and process supplier invoices.
- Prepare payment schedules and reconcile supplier statements.
- Perform bank and GL reconciliations and support cash flow forecasting.
Requirements
- Diploma or certificate in Accounting/Bookkeeping, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in the property industry in a financial administration or bookkeeping role.
- Proficiency in MRI Property Manager (essential).
- Experience in MDA or NetSuite preferred with strong Excel skills.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
