  3. Administer resident contracts, payments, and petty cash, maintaining accurate records.
  4. Collaborate with various departments, including HR, payroll, procurement, and finance, to ensure accurate employee information.
  5. Support reception duties when required.

**Essential Skills**

  • Proven experience as a care home administrator or similar role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
