We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Manager to join our team at Telesure Investment Holdings. This role will involve driving sales through effective contact management, ensuring high-quality standards, and developing long-term relationships with customers.

Job Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationships Development: Connect and make calls to allocated customers to develop new relationships, develop rapport, and ensure positive customer experiences.
  • Customer Management (External): Effectively manage inbound and outbound contacts from start to finish with customers, regardless of the data distribution channel.
  • Sell Customer Propositions: Identify products or services that best meet customer needs, explain the selection, and invite the customer to make a purchase at standard price/terms and conditions of sale.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years of sales experience in the financial services industry, preferably in an inbound, outbound, and cold-calling environment.
  • Education: Matric/SAQA Equivalent (Essential); Relevant ITIL certification and/or accreditation (Essential).
