About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Manager to join our team in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include:

  • Sales Support and Coordination: Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and presentations.
  • Order Processing and Management: Process customer orders accurately and manage inventory levels to meet demand.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain customer records and grow key client relationships.
  • Sales Reporting and Analysis: Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify trends for improvement.

The successful candidate will have proven sales experience (3-5 years) with a strong presence and a track record of meeting targets.

Requirements
  • Proven sales experience (3-5 years)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS software and sales tools (Salesforce, Excel)
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

A Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with sales processes and methodologies is also desirable.

Estimated Salary Range

R 250,000 - R 350,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
