Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Administrator and Compliance Specialist to join our team at Wasteplan. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the National HR Manager, as well as the HR departments of the different regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all personnel files and records are maintained and updated accurately.
  • Prepare payroll documents for all staff members, including accurate and complete documentation of attendance registers, working hours, overtime hours, and allowances.
  • Manage the KWMF payroll and administration, ensuring timely submission of EPWP reports to the City of Tshwane.
  • Assist with the implementation of HR policies and procedures within the company, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Schedule disciplinary hearings and manage all documentation related to notifications and outcomes.
  • Investigate, facilitate, and chair all grievance proceedings.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 and HR-related diploma/degree
  • Minimum 5 years' working experience in the HR field
  • Knowledge of relevant South African labour legislation
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Valid code 8 driver's license
  • Must be well-presented, professional, and have excellent communication skills

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a salary of R250,000 - R300,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
