Business Development Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Leader to join our team at Dante Personnel East Rand. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic planning, market analysis, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and development.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or relevant role.
  • Proven sales track record of at least 5 years.
  • Experience in customer support is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Market knowledge.
  • Communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport.
  • Time management and planning skills.
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or relevant field.
