Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Sales Director to lead our sales team at Blue Oak Personnel. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing our company's new business sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our market share in the logistics and freight forwarding industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to optimize revenue growth and expand market share in the logistics and freight forwarding industry.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team to reach their full potential and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to secure them.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the national sales team to penetrate the market using our existing product offerings.

Qualifications
Higher tertiary education, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
