The Role
This Office Administrator - Variable Hours position will provide flexible administrative support to various hospital teams. You will work on a variable hours basis, helping to ensure the smooth operation of our hospital services.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to various hospital teams
- Organising appointments and maintaining schedules
- Assisting with wait-listing patients for surgery and booking surgeries
- Typing clinical correspondence using Dictaphone equipment
- Liaising with hospitals, funding providers, patients, and GPs as required
**Key Skills:**
- Experience in administration or secretarial roles
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
